🖤 25 Years in the Ring 🖤
HAPPY 25TH WRESTLE-VERSARY.
Not too bad, babygirl.
From a shy 19-year-old girl in Waterbury, CT..
Who would’ve thought the universe had this path in store?
It wasn’t easy breaking down barriers.
It wasn’t easy not fitting into the mold of a “female wrestler.”
It wasn’t easy forging my own path.
But that path helped build the foundation for women’s wrestling today.
As I look back over 25 years in this business,
I can say with my whole heart—
I gave you everything I had.
I sacrificed more than I should’ve…
But those sacrifices made me who I am.
Now, as I step into my 25th year,
There’s nothing left to prove.
Nothing left to give.
Nothing left to sacrifice.
I’m content.
I’m satisfied.
I’ve done more than I ever dreamed possible.
This will be my final year of active, in-ring wrestling.
The bookings will slow down.
The travel will fade.
The “rassle” will quiet…
But the memories? They’ll live forever.
The family born from this business.
The lifelong friends who held me down through it all.
The Silver Anniversary Tour begins…
And it will end soon.
To my 19-year-old self:
I’m proud of you.
You persevered.
You survived.
You helped change women’s wrestling.
Most of all—you found your voice, and you used it to say what others were afraid to say.
No regrets.
No remorse.
Thank you!
to my family,
to my friends,
to my fellow wrestlers,
to every company that ever believed in me,
and to my fans around the world.
Thank you for 25 years.
