fearing that I would not be believed…
And afraid of being questioned for giving chances, for staying, for loving, and for trying again.
When I finally shared my truth,
I never expected the response I received.
The way you stood with me, the way you listened,
the way you held my words gently —
it made me feel seen, heard, and understood in a way I never imagined.
Thank you for accepting me, for standing beside me,
for letting me know that my voice matters, my pain is valid, and I am not alone.
And thank you to those who even sought help on behalf of me,
who shared my post, who spoke up, who treated this not just as my fight,
but as our stand for justice.
If my voice can help even one person who is still quiet, still hurting, still battling themselves —
then that, to me, is a lifetime achievement.
To anyone who is carrying a story in silence:
It is okay to be quiet.
It is okay to take time.
It is okay to seek help.
But please remember —
love should never be a reason to bury violence.
Our body is our home, our asset, our only place to live in —
and nobody has the right to hurt it.
When you are ready to share, you will be heard.
