Joke Silva Instagram – An inspiring event @thegardencinema some weeks ago where we heard from three leading screenwriters – former Writers’ Guild of Great Britain (WGGB) President Olivia Hetreed and former WGGB Film Co-Chairs Andrea Gibb and Line Langebek
They spoke about their different entry paths into the industry, the professional challenges they have faced and overcome, and the all-important art of spinning plates – be they professional, personal or in the sphere of activism and mentoring
The event was organised by the WGGB Film Committee, hosted by WGGB Film Chair Tom Williams and the panel was led by one of MY Daughters the writer and producer Tosin Otudeko.@thegardentheatre
It was followed by a summer social
Thanks to all who came and helped raise money for the WGGB Welfare Fund!
