I 🐶 NY!
I had a great time at MEGACON Orlando last weekend. I met so many wonderful people. @jeffreykfennell made me cry when he dressed as Ted Buckland from Scrubs. And I love drawing for people. I drew on some ukuleles and even a droid! Thanks to all the folks that came out to say hi. I loved meeting everyone! @megaconorlando
Drawing on trash with my five year old…it was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. ❤️🎂

I’m absolutely thrilled to share my latest creation: two custom Funko Pops of the incredibly talented Kate Micucci! Meeting Kate was a dream come true, and I had the joy of gifting her these unique pieces—a double dose of happiness! From the moment I saw Kate in Raising Hope, her character Shelley captured my heart and inspired me to bring her to life in Funko form. I’ve always admired Kate’s art style, using recycled products as a canvas, so I knew I had to create something special just for her. Each Funko I make is a labor of love, crafted from recycled parts I hunt for in thrift stores. It’s like a treasure hunt, rummaging through bags of once-loved Funkos to find the perfect pieces. I mix and match arms, legs, and heads, combining them with glue, paint, and a little dremeling magic to create something entirely new. It’s my own version of Frankensteining, and I adore every moment of it! But it doesn’t stop there—the box design is where I hope my voice truly shines. I pour my heart into crafting the perfect backdrop that encapsulates the essence of my creation. When I finally met Kate, I knew I wanted to share my art with her, just as she has shared her incredible talent with the world. What I didn’t expect was to forge a genuine connection and experience one of the coolest moments of my life. I left a blank space on the back of the art box, hoping she might sketch something cool. What unfolded was nothing short of a dream come true! I’ll treasure my one-of-a-kind Funko forever. P.S. Kate Micucci is simply the coolest!

Happy Valentine’s Day! Here is my valentine to the tv show DOUG. The third installment from the mini songs about my childhood. And again, @studio105animation beautifully brought my sketchbook to life. Music produced my @rachwhiiite. #dougfunny #valentine #90s

Thrilled to announce Color me Back: A Participatory Utopia, by @katemicucci curated by @emilymcelwreath_art will be presented @springbreakartshow this year🌈 Details to come! Kate Micucci is a multidisciplinary artist transforming urban landscapes into interactive canvases. Known for her work as an actress, comedian, and musician, Kate brings the same sense of improvisation, spontaneity, and emotional depth to her fine art practice. Her latest project, “Kate on the Streets,” reclaims discarded materials and overlooked environments, turning remnants of city life into unexpected works of art. By drawing on abandoned objects and forgotten corners of New York and Los Angeles, she blurs the lines between fine art, performance, and storytelling, creating work that is both ephemeral and deeply engaging.
