2026, I’m going to be jumping back into the directors chair. It took me 5 years (and some encouragement from others) to find the confidence and try to mute those ‘imposter’ feelings. 29 years in this business and I am telling myself I can trust my knowledge and instinct. Excited for what’s to come next year.
