FESTIVE PAVLOVA WREATH 6 egg whites whipped till stiff 330 gms of castor sugar added into stiff egg whites on spoon at a time and whip well so glossy shiny and stiff, then whisk in .. 1 tsp of cornstarch 1 tsp of vinegar (any kind) Preheat oven at 140 Celsius then turn down to 125 once you put the PAV in to bake for 1 hour and 15 mins. Whip 500 gms of whipping cream till fluffy.. and lump it on top of a fully cooled Pavlova base… ideally you should let your Pavlova cool down in the oven with the door a jar once the oven has been turned off for a minimum of 1.5 hours… if you live in a humid place, don’t even bother waiting a minute to eat this once it’s cooled.. cream it, get the fruit on and eat it. Trying to save it for later, will just cause the humidity to make the structure crumble or the crust to turn soggy ish. Enjoy! 🤶
