It’s an honor to serve on the board of the Atlanta Medical Association. The AMA is one of the nations largest medical societies of African American Physicians and on this night we come together and honor physicians doing great work in the medical community and we award scholarships to black students in medical school. It’s amazing to come together with friends and collegues for a great cause. This is what being “Married To Medicine” really looks like.
This is why initiatives that support diversity, equity and inclusion are important and needed.
