Today, we said goodbye to our dearest Charlie — our sweetest, gentlest, furriest boy.
Six and a half years with you felt far too short. You were calm yet cuddly, soft yet strong, and you loved us with all your heart. Those big furry cheeks, your quiet eyes, your little ways of asking for love — you made everyone fall in love with you without even trying.
You’ve taken a piece of my heart with you. It hurts, it really does. I wasn’t ready for goodbye — I was expecting more cuddles, more cookies, more love. But I know now you’ve reunited with Manu, Happy, roshniiii and Tutu — your furry friends who’ve gone before you. Somewhere in the universe, you’re all together again, shining like little stars.
Thank you, Charlie, for choosing us. For every purr, every nudge, every quiet moment of peace you brought into our lives. It was an honor to have you as part of our family — our dear friend, our little soul in fur.
