Nyesha Arrington Instagram – November was quite the experience.. cooking, traveling, spending time on farms, jumping in to the frigid sea.. sitting by the fire with a good book, training in the gym, lots of family dinners, holiday baking and recovery.
This is the time of year I like to slow down and reflect, “am I closer to my dreams”.. “where am I placing my energy”… and what do I want to work on next year. This year has been about stepping into my next chapter with intention; the creativity, healing, joy, boundaries, and purpose.
