This Tapasya is done early in the morning in cold temperatures, and cold cold water, Yagnas and abhishek are preformed and again in the later part of the day.

the place where the outer world falls silent,
and the inner fire awakens.”

Some may wonder why I post of the austerity’s from a sadhu whom I met at Kumbha Mela . This process of Tapasya is part of life for Sadhu . I am a curious person interested in all cultures and process, this particular Tapasya is the Jal and not to get to in-depth a simplified description is best .
Hope this explains and also expands . One’s mind that the spiritual process is one of discipline and self reflection and for the greater good 🙏🏼🚩🌺♥️ I have many time ask to do a series on many diffeeent practices so they give a more in depth meaning and true substance than what may seem a visual that can contribute to judgement and misinformation.
