Today was my first day back at the gym since getting out of hospital. I didn’t have much energy but showing up for yourself counts. I’d like to thank all my followers who have supported me when I’ve been really unwell, and unwell on here; bipolar manic episodes can be a bitch but we keep on fighting. So here’s to staying strong when the tides against us 💪🏽💖
