Sakshi Chaudhary Instagram – Noticed I had put on a bit of weight lately… so I did a short calorie deficit, swapped dinners for sautéed veggies and paneer for a week, and voila… feeling back on track. 🌱

Also started having beetroot, carrot, cucumber or orange/apple juice (just grind all) depending on the mood for a while now. Realised we probably eat way less fibre than we should.
