Sandra Lee Instagram – Twice Blessed!! Pope Francis ( Jorge Mario Bergoglio 1936-2025) was such a wonderful man. I had the pleasure of meeting His Holiness three times on his trip to United States where he blessed me twice. I ran into him leaving the auditorium and he grabbed my hand and we walked out together. What a kind and gentle man. How blessed the world was to have him. Pope Francis was my favorite Pope- he inspired us daily to do better and devoted his life to ALL people.
I have two things on my bedroom nightstand, these images and my statue of my Archangel Michael. Our family has always a had a deep respect for the Supreme Pontiffs, my brother is named after Pope John Paul ll.
The world has lost such a beautiful light, but I know in my heart that he will shine bright from heaven. I’m so grateful for my time with him- forever changed. 🙏🏼
