Serena Deeb Instagram – Happy 20th anniversary, @shimmerwomen! The OG gold standard for women’s professional wrestling. Some of the most cherished memories of my entire career were formed there, and many of us would not be where we are without it. Twice a year, women from all over the world gathered in Chicago and worked our asses off to create something special together. (Yes, I still have my DVDs!) That locker room was a sisterhood that collectively elevated each other and women’s wrestling as a whole. We wrestled all day and then stayed up all night laughing hysterically. You could feel the love and respect we had for each other, and I walked away (oftentimes limped away 🤣) with lifelong friends. Nothing but love. Now, when is the reunion show?
