Sophie Morgan Instagram – I’ve recently spent three whirlwind days in Cape Town 📍and I wanted to share one of the most joyful, genuinely inclusive cultural experiences from the trip — especially as we mark Disability Awareness Month (3 Nov–3 Dec).
Our evening at @spycedrestaurant was electric: drumming, dancing with incredible food and a strong sense of community. It’s rare to find a space where inclusivity is so palpable and Spyced gets it right, beat for beat.
Earlier that day, @thediamondworks added a little sparkle with an indulgent chocolate-and-wine pairing. Delicious, accessible, and beautifully curated – the perfect prelude to a night out with friends.
Cape Town is pushing inclusive tourism forward in really meaningful ways.
