Tanya Jaiswal Instagram – I went trekking to escape, unprepared and unsure . I started the trek already unwell 🤧 and by the final stretch, the nausea was so intense it felt like my body would give up before the trail did .
60 % of my mind begged me to quit, but the remaining 40 % my heart refused to let me live with the regret. The last two kilometers felt endless every few minutes I was ready to surrender, desperately searching for the summit. With my team pushing me and my will barely holding on, I reached the top in terrible condition but I reached it. The mountain broke me, taught me and proved that I still have higher peaks to chase 🏔️🥹
