Tracie Thoms Instagram – I DID IT! I made @chefkccardwell PROUD!!! I’m CRYING!! We’ve made great turkeys before over the past couple years, with all different techniques (cheesecloth, spatchcocks, etc) but I REALLY wanted to go back to basics and make the juiciest, most tender turkey possible this year. He prepped it the night before and I fired it on the day cuz he was with a client. And I think I did it! Meat fell right off the bone! No knife required! WOOHOOO!!!!
