So many women pause their dreams,
give up careers, sign away choices,
and call it “compromise” because society claps for them when they stay quiet.
Compromise for love if you choose to,
but protect yourself — because life, feelings, and circumstances can change.
Financial independence is still your responsibility. My reason. My motivation is slide 8.
I may have learned this late.
