2023 i stopped really taking or posting pics because i wasn’t happy with how I looked, didn’t want anyone to see and didn’t want to see myself. the weight felt like it came out of nowhere and just wouldn’t leave. all of my regular workouts, fixes, etc just weren’t working.
last summer the weight finally started dropping, but i still didn’t want to really take pics because i still didn’t really feel right or myself. now back in the same building i see the huge difference between my own act i and act ii
i still haven’t been taking as many pics as i used to and working through whatever that is, but this is a reminder for me that progress has been made, even if it took way longer than I’m used to.
