For some reason, I have felt so nervous to share work that hasn’t “made it” to TV or isn’t from a film. Musicians share their music and themselves just jamming – doing covers of stuff they love. Singers share themselves singing, just raw and a cappella. But as an actor, I don’t know why – I feel so silly showing myself acting and practising, and sharing self-tapes I’ve done in the past that have gone nowhere, even though they’re the ones I poured myself into. Anyway… I’m feeling the fear and doing it anyway. Here is a tape I did of a scene from a film that I just ADORE: Before Sunset. 🎥 ♥️ I did this for a competition and it went…nowhere haha but I like it so who cares! Encouraging anyone else to share their art too even if it feels scary

I love reflecting at this time of year. Don’t really get as much time as I did before but here are a few of my favourite moments from 2025: 1.) My Ky Ky and I and the utter joy I get when I look at her face 2.) Watching my daughters bond as sisters 3.) A reminder that I managed to potty train my eldest this year. Never thought it could be possible to feel so much pride about poos and pees 4.) Proof that my daughter likes me from her preschool 😁 5.) Taking parents pumpkin carving day at preschool very seriously (Ethan packed a tape measure to make sure I got the dimensions right. Calm down luv!) 6.) Mexico – Troncones – Bliss!!! 7.) A book that I bloody LOVED 8.) Chocolate cake! 9.) Mama and Aurora 10.) A Laguna sunset 11.) Cracked up so much that I cried at this 12.) Seeing Neil Young and Cat Stevens in London with my Dad, bro, husband and Step Mom. My heart felt so happy hearing all the songs I grew up listening to as a kid while my Dad sang the harmonies beside me ♥️

Even when I was about 8, I remember making my parents move my furniture around to “do up” my bedroom and create a space that made me feel good. (I even had my clothes cupboard in the middle of my room at one point 🤷🏽♀️) Now I get to do it for my little girls 🥹 We recently moved, and this is what I did to take it from a blank space to a full-blown toddler bedroom for my 3-year-old (what I’ve done so far). Throw back to last year when I put together my youngest daughter’s nursery after we moved house 🏡🤍 I didn’t want to spend loads on it as they grow out of it so fast, but also wanted a cute and cosy space for her and I whilst she’s a baby 🧸✨ I’m sharing some of my other creative outlets besides acting, as obviously having my kids has been a huge part of my life and I truly get so much quiet enjoyment from doing stuff like this ✨ What do you think? My husband who used to have a membership at Erewhon (what!!!!!) when I met him, has now come round to my way of thinking and spotted this CUTE little curb side treasure – ohhhhh yesssss! Thought to share our clean up and light repurpose of it at the weekend… turning it into a dress up for Aurora’s bedroom! My brother and I always had one when we were kids. A place where we could go to town with our imagination and I love the idea of my own kids having that too. I was also surprised at how much they both wanted to help with cleaning this haha!
