Christine Chiu Instagram – For the New Years season, we usually alternate trips between “hot” and “cold” destinations … Aspen, St. Barths, Switzerland, Cabo, etc. but for this season, we chose both – Iceland, the land of Volcanoes and Ice.
Truly – this island, rich in history, geography, nature, food, culture – has it all! It is amongst my favorite travels – tied with our trip to Patagonia/Peru/Argentina. We were in Iceland for a week, but could have spent at least a month exploring the beauty this country and island has to offer. And the food! Damn it was good! 🔥
