It all started with a far fetched attempt especially as a brown girl to win a pageant in the smallest state in the country.
And I did. 👑👸🏽
Then to make the semi finals in the Miss USA pageant and be only the third Miss Rhode Island in HISTORY (at the time) to make the top 10 was a dream come true!
Then 12 years later to be co-hosting the Miss Universe pageant in front of MILLIONS of people live on @nbc was something I could have never imagined!
A true full circle moment since pageants are how I started my journey in this business!
