I have been on a very intentional social media moratorium since the summer. In my continued soul searching to understand these times we live in, I have found that the moments I have experienced, the people I’ve engaged with, the friends and family I’ve spent quality time with, the art I’ve encountered, the landscapes I’ve savored, the cultures I’ve appreciated, have kept me sane and lifted in 2025.
I hope 2026 can be a continued cultivation and appreciation for the things that makes us human, for empathy, for self-awareness, for getting off your phone and offline and looking people in the eye and having a conversation. For surprising yourself, for sitting in your own discomfort, for calculated risk, for resiliency, for community.
For all the people who I got to see in 2025, you gifted me with your awesomeness and I can’t thank you enough✨
