I’m Jess the founder of www.myaida.app and a fellow autoimmune warrior.

I created Aida after being diagnosed with Lupus SLE in 2023, during one of the most overwhelming and confusing seasons of my life. I felt lost, scared, and desperate for support that understood the whole of me not just my symptoms.

Aida was born from that need.
A space where people with autoimmune disease can connect with practitioners who truly get it, experts who work alongside your medication, your lifestyle, and your emotional wellbeing to help make life feel liveable again.
For some of us, like me, even leading to remission.

I know the pain, grief, and uncertainty that comes with an autoimmune diagnosis. But I also know the hope, the tools, and the support that help us reclaim our lives.
