Kate Rockwell Instagram – I took this photo one year ago, the day after I got the call that I had a small tumor in my right breast. One year ago, I found out I had cancer, and then curled my hair and went to work. What else do you do??
I didnāt think of it at the time, but today I look at these two photos (swipe for my thoughts that I wrote over the pic at the time) and see a reminder that you just never know what people are going through. This was one of the worst days of my life, but Iād like to think no one at that rich guyās Christmas party knew watching me while I sang broadway songs and Christmas carols.
