I had you guys submit questions for an upcoming podcast and SO many were about my skin — what I use, what treatments I do, etc. Listing everything on a podcast felt a little tedious, so I figured I’d put it all here. This is everything I do for my skin! It starts with a really good skincare routine. And yes, I use uncommon beauty every single day- I’m selfishly creating products that I want. I love brightening and hydrating products overall. Treatment-wise: I do microneedling with my own blood plasma every 6 weeks, and PRF completely changed my under eyes. I did it 5 times when I first started & now just maintain 1–2x a year (under eyes, nasolabial folds, lips, and recently my neck). I get facials 3–4x a year, gua sha regularly, and use microcurrent (I’ve had my Pico Toner for over 10 years). I’ve tried every laser under the sun and personally never saw results. Some people will argue this, but I think they’re a waste of money. And I also wonder what lasers are doing to the quality of our skin long term. I prefer working out my face muscles vs paralyzing, sometimes I’ll do face tape but I always end up ripping it off in the middle of the night, red light in the sauna 3ish times per week, and I prioritize sleep. I’ve also removed anything toxic from my life — people, food, household products… all of it. And while I say it starts with good skincare, it really starts with what you’re putting into your body. I eat clean most of the time, drink alcohol maybe twice a month, and I drink a ton of water. I truly believe testing your hormones, gut, and vitamin levels is one of the best beauty hacks out there (and a weight-loss hack!). And most importantly — I don’t stress about getting older or having a few lines on my face. They’re signs of knowledge, wisdom, and a life lived 💗

My favorite @rachelbilson is on let’s be honest today. We relive the early 2000s, talk about being a mom, what she’s learned from her relationships, and just have an honest, fun girl chat 💗
