Leona Lishoy Instagram – There is no ‘must’ in art because art is free.
To be able to collaborate with friends, or people who have never ending spirit to create for the love of storytelling, is a joy beyond measure. I heard this song, I guess around 3 years back and loved it instantly. Of course it’s @shahabazaman5 ‘s voice. I’m glad I jumped in when @prasanth_muraly planned to create a love story out of this last year (mainly because we hadn’t really explored romantic characters on screen before). Kayal is an extremely independent collaborative work which we shot while we casually roamed around Fort Kochi and Mattanchery.
I’m glad that this small piece of art, has reached people in ways we did not expect. Much love ❤️
