Everyone reacts to shock and tragedy differently.
Many will freeze, some will go into an anxious state, some just focus on work and numb themselves to the point of exhaustion.
I haven’t figured out what my journey is yet or how to be necessarily. There is no “specific way” to be in the midst of chaos…you just figure it out every waking moment of your life.
But for the most part I’ve stopped worrying a ton because none of this is in my control.
I’ve truly surrendered it all to Jesus ❤️🩹
I do have my moments where I’m consumed by many made-up scenarios in my head but I’m at peace.
I didn’t think we’d have to deal with so much so soon. Life is so unpredictable in this moment.
Not having fully grieved the loss of my dad, then having another parent walk through life & death can’t be excruciatingly painful 💔
Living with all this chaos publicly is very draining 💔
Sending so much love and hope to of all you who are in a challenging season of life 💛
