I attempted a chicken garlic noodles with peanut sauce and it was DELICIOUS 🤤 🍜 6. This is probably the nicest thing that has happened to me in a long time. My neighbor saw me walk to the park with Abigail and he got me Turkish coffee and a snack 🥹 who does that these days? 7. Alone time with my friends 😌 8. Abby stayed in school for 2 hours! 🥹😍 a bit cranky but yay! 9. Got an air fryer and made SUCH a wholesome meal! 🥘 10. Evening walks with my girl ❤️ 11. Mandatory tourist pix! My GO-To breakfast on rotation that I have learned how to cook to perfection 👌🤷♀️😏 Save this for your next cooking day! 🌸 3/4 tomatoes 1 chopped onion Coriander leaves Mozeralla cheese 2/3 eggs (depending on how many people are eating) 1 tsp – paprika 1 tsp – garlic powder 1 tsp – oregano 1 tsp – chillin flakes Pinch – salt Pinch – pepper Method – Mix the powders, set aside. – Place the tomatoes face down – Add onions ( can skip the capsicum ) – You can add 1 minced garlic 🧄 for the pinch of flavor – Let it cook until the tomato skin comes apart – Remove the tomato skin – Mash all the tomatoes in the pan – Add all the Masalas – Crack your eggs – Add some Mozzarella cheese – Allow it to cook well – Garnish with Coriander leaves. – & it’s ready! Serve with sourdough or sliced bread.
