It takes courage to let go, and it is so empowering when you do! I have surprised myself as well when I tried a Japanese tradition of takigyo or waterfall meditation. Though it may seem intimidating, by trying it, I came out of the experience feeling so refreshed and happy that I had the courage to do so!
