A traditional sweat lodge ceremony, rooted in ancient indigenous practices, where steam, herbs, prayers, and chants guide you through purification of body, mind, and spirit. It was truly something else—a deep rebirth inside the womb of the earth.
I left Peru with gratitude in my heart, renewed strength in my body, and a reminder that the spirit never ages when it’s rooted in love and intention. 🌎✨
