Kenapa Resto Halal Certified di Jepang Mahal ? Bahan baku kaya daging halal ( Apalagi Wagyu / Kobe ) jg bumbu tertentu bisa aja import krn supplier terbatas. Restoran harus bayar sertifikasi halal, audit, dan proses administrasi. Itu nambah cost. Alat masak, penyimpanan, dan dapur hrs terpisah supaya nggak kontaminasi babi/alkohol. jadi yaaa kalo mau terpaksa bgtttt bisa pilih resto yg ga certified tp menu nya halal kaya : Kebab, Fish & Chips, Korean Grill, Sushi ( tp jarang krn nasi nya pun dipakein mirin ), Katsu / Ebi Furai. ( MekD/ Ke epsi , burger kin* NO yah, msk daftar boikot ). Kalo mnrt ilmu aku yg fakir ini, klo kita lg di negara yg sulit halal, terpaksa hrs makan di resto ga halal certified, ga papa asal pilih menu yg halal. ga usah di cari2 keharaman nya scara berlebihan cukup nanya mengandung babi ? mirin ? alcohol ? ( ini hukumnya syubhat hanya pd saat terpaksa ya catet ! ). nah kalo msh bimbang ya bawa @rendang__nantulang aja kemana2, tinggal pesen nasi putih 🤣 asal ga di usir di resto nya 🤪 Ada yang mau nambahin di luar Top 3 versi kita ?
