Mercy Aigbe Instagram – People praise the sweet cinematography, visual effects and sound/music work we do at anthill but what people forget is how much effort I put to getting great performances out of actors. All my actors get nominated and win multiple awards even when the film or director doesn’t. Performance is my favorite thing in film… squeezing everything from actors. This is why I also prioritize real performers over popularity in the films I write and direct.
Everyone has been talking about the performances in Colours of Fire and they are absolutely correct!! There are monologues in this film that should be used in schools. Of course they’ll be coming to the @onetakepro_ soon.
