Nykkie didi, you’ve been a constant in my life. My guiding light, my forever pillar I can lean on, my everything. I cannot imagine a life where you’re not my life, because there simply isn’t one. The love and the care I feel for you, I do not think it is possible for me to love someone else the same. I trust you with my whole heart, and I know where to go when I need advice, and I know the advice you give me is always right, because hello? You’re always, always right.
You’re somehow, the most gorgeous person in every single room you enter, inside and out, and it’s like you have these magical powers that light up every single place you step into. You’re the most intelligent, beautiful, caring person that I know of. And how can I forget, the most creative. But above everything, you love so, so deeply. Every single person you love, will always be a person loved, because you’ll always be there for them. It doesn’t matter if you’re mad at them, they’ll always be cared for in your presence. Every single party you plan, gift you get and even the word you direct at someone, it is out of love and thought after. Every single day, I’m proud to be your sister, Nykkie didi. I just know that I’ve done the right deeds to get you as my sister in this lifetime.
I’m so blessed to have you. You treat me like I’m above all, and I cannot put into words how that makes me feel. I think no matter my age, you’ll always treat me like a baby. From dressing me up for EVERYTHING (yes, even now) to making sure I’m okay and fed, there is nothing you’ve not done that doesn’t make me feel loved and cared for. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, I turn my brain off around you. That’s how much trust I have in you. Thank you for everything, Nykkie didi.
