Building Moon House has been a crash course in leadership—holding the vision, trusting the team, and staying steady even when things felt uncertain. I had no idea renovating my home would teach me so much about protecting my family, balancing budgets and timelines, collaborating with passionate artists, and still insisting on the highest possible creative vision.
