One of the biggest myths in corporate life is this: “If I am good at my work, growth will automatically follow.” It doesn’t. Talent without presence stays invisible. Skill without communication goes unnoticed. Yesterday I met someone senior for the first time, his work drew my respect, and presence stayed with me We spoke about work… business…life.. And then somehow… God. We started asking each other- What would you ask if God appeared one day and said, okay… “what do you want?” I had never really thought about this before. the answer naturally came, I said – I want to live in a world where the world feels like my own. Where everyone feels like my people. (And I genuinely believe that people are nice, and kind) The way you are with friends – open, relaxed, trusting, laughing.. I want to move through the world like that. Saying hi, hello, everywhere… where no one is a stranger, having fun.. I want to be that way with the world. He smiled and said just one line in Hindi, which was his pitch for me “Haste dilon ke beech raho!” Not just a smile on the face, but joy that lives in the heart, he meant
