I started to learn tennis this year. I also had a knee injury. I wanted to do the Annapurna circuit this year. But I went indoor rock climbing instead. I sucked at Padel. I didn’t run outdoors as much as I would have liked to, but I did start long distance cycling. Many days I didn’t want to go to the gym. Most days I did while some I didn’t. In the words of Twyla Tharp, “it’s not a ritual, it’s the reality and it needs to be done.” And so it was. Pilates and pole dancing in 2026? Hellz ya. My last workout of 2025 was spesh and I’m ready to indulge in the end of the year 😘
