The last month has been nothing short of a rollercoaster — equal parts challenging, grounding, emotional, and so deeply fulfilling. 🌿✨ I took a little step back from here to give myself the gift of a one-month yoga teacher training course and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I laughed, I cried, I learned, I unlearned — and somewhere in all of that, I grew. I walk away not just with a certificate in my hand, but with so much gratitude in my heart for the people I met, the lessons I received, and the space I gave myself to just BE 🤍 A heartfelt thank you to the school @bharatha.yoga and especially my teacher, @the_blue_tarp_guy whose depth of knowledge, guidance, and techniques made every session so enriching. To my batchmates who shared this journey with me — you made it brighter, lighter, and full of laughter. I’ll carry this energy and all of you forward. And a special shout-out to @rheadeepak , who inspired me to take this step by leading the way with her own training — your example encouraged me to say yes to this adventure. 💛 Graduation done, heart full, and on to the next adventure 🙌🏻
