Here’s how I make my caramelized baked sweet potatoes that went viral back when I was on YouTube. My favorite snack and go-to side dish. I still get so many DMs about my sweet potatoes till this day You need: Sweet potatoes Olive oil Sea salt Garlic powder Preheat your oven to 375°F. Scrub your potatoes and dry them very well. I like to cut them evenly, and since I don’t like wasting bowls or dishes, I do everything right on parchment paper. Add olive oil, a bit of salt, and for extra tastiness, some garlic powder. Just make sure they’re evenly coated. Space them out with the flesh side down, making sure they’re not touching because we don’t want them to steam. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, depending on the size of your sweet potatoes. You’ll know they’re ready when the cut edges are slightly brown and caramelized.
