I didn’t come to be nominated this year I came to clap for my peers. And being trusted to HOST the IndieFlix Choice Awards for the first time… whew. Standing in a room full of my peers had my nerves ON FIRE 🔥 but I pushed through it, and I’m proud of myself. My co-host made the entire experience even better, and I’m grateful. And to the designer who created this gown @dxaatcheonii … you are magical. All you took was my measurements 3 DAYS 1 fitting and you delivered the most beautiful, elegant dress I’ve ever worn. I’ve never done a look like this, I’m a simple girl at heart, but you made me feel like luxury. You are a true gem.
Also, thank you to my girl @keiva.__ for being my date, helping me get dressed, and just showing up for me. Real friends are rare and she is one of them. I love you girl. 🫶🏽
