I’ve been reminiscing about my pre-burlesque days when I’d channel my dress up fantasies through obscure costumes. (This isn’t me in the photos, FYI, it’s @cicciolina_official )
One year in the early ’90s,
inspired by @cicciolina_official photos in a Taschen book I had, I wrapped myself in an Italian flag…not much else,
donning a platinum wig, blue mascara, and a flower crown, plushy pet in my arms.
