It’s the year our family became complete (yay, sai!), a year of family, a year I watched one of my soul sisters marry the man of her dreams, tons of girls night (but this shot reminded of one of the best ones…even though Jenna’s perfect face got cut in half!) first horse shows for Emme, and the year of Nick’s epic beard (i could have done an entire post dedicated to @yourboyswish 2016 beard!). It was also a year where we still had a holiday table full of the people we loved the most. Everyone was healthy and happy and it felt like a dream. I like this trend.

I’m still pinching myself that we got to bring the Providence Falls trilogy to life. Being on set with this incredible cast was such a gift. Their heart, humor, and chemistry made every scene magic. This adaptation was so special to me because these stories began as beloved books that I first read while filming a Hallmark movie in Ireland, and watching them transform into something so visually stunning and full of heart was nothing short of surreal. From the first take to the final shot, every moment was filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of movie-making magic. I hope you’re loving the beauty, mystery, and romance of this world we created. With the final installment, Thief Of Fate, airing tomorrow we wanted to share some behind the scenes moments! Enjoy! January was a really intense month. From the weather to the world to the more personal highs and lows that we all experience. The uncertainty of life can be as terrifying as it is exhilarating. I think I will always be grappling with the balancing act. But one thing I am certain of, taking time to be with the people we love is one of the greatest gifts.
