Lindsay Lohan Instagram – After a long hiatus, #LindsayLohan made a triumphant return to the spotlight in 2022 – now fully in control of her career, both in front of and behind the camera, as actor and producer. “When I was younger, I wasn’t so comfortable saying how I felt about a character and being involved with the process,” she muses. “And now it feels good to steer my own ship.” Her next project offers a challenge and marks her TV debut: Count My Lies, based on Sophie Stava’s thriller, sees her take on the complex role of Violet. Turning 40 this year, she also reflects on her physical transformation, centred around a healthy diet, “lots of Pilates”, and a renewed focus on skincare. “After I had my son, with hormones and everything, my skin changed,” she confides. “I had to start using really clean products and I pay attention to it. If I have time during the week, I will go for a facial or do a laser. I’m pro lasers.”

مع بلوغها الأربعين من عمرها هذا العام، تتحدث لوهان أيضًا عن تحولها الجسدي، حيث تعتمد نظامًا غذائيًا متوازنًا وتمارين البيلاتس المكثفة، إلى جانب روتين متطور للعناية بالبشرة. وتضيف: “تغيرت طبيعة بشرتي تمامًا بعد ولادة ابني بسبب الهرمونات، وهذا ما جعلني أتحول لاستخدام المنتجات الطبيعية بالكامل. أحاول دائمًا تخصيص وقت خلال الأسبوع لجلسات العناية بالبشرة، ولا أتردد أبدًا في تجربة الليزر، فأنا من أشد المؤيدين له”.
