Mmabatho Montsho Instagram – Rest in Perfect Peace Ntate Thekiso. Ntate Thekiso is among the last living survivors of the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre. These images are from when he honoured our invite at this year’s Human Rights Film Festival, where we screened a film called Free At Last by @storyscope_media In this film, Ntate Thekiso along with residents of Sharpeville remind us of the truth that more that 69 people died that day. That the number is in fact closer to 100. Ntate Thekiso died in a fire caused by load reduction. But his truth remains alive. Thank you for your dedication to Justice justice.
