Chef Mona, who is known to many as the moderator and judge of Top Chef Middle East, joins us for a journey across the Middle East, celebrating simplicity, sharing, and the warmth of the season.
A special Iftar menu, co-created with our Group Executive Chef Celso Nazaré will be available throughout the holy month, with some dishes being included in our a la carte and business lunch menu.
Rooted in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, this collaboration reflects a shared philosophy of fresh ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and shared moments.
