Rawan Mahdi Instagram – In her interview with Laha Magazine, Rawan Mahdi shared that many artists and directors have inspired her journey including Angelina Jolie for her humanitarian side, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro for their honest and emotional performances, as well as Meryl Streep, Hilary Swank, Clint Eastwood, and James Cameron. She also admires the cinematic styles of Baz Luhrmann, Martin Scorsese, Paul Thomas Anderson, and David Fincher, while drawing regional inspiration from Hend Sabry, Mona Zaki, Ahmed Helmy, Karim El Shenawy, and Mohamed Shaker Khodeir.
For Rawan, art is a sanctuary for self-discovery rather than just a form of expression. Every role helps her explore her inner world, and it’s in those moments of emotional awakening that she finds the true meaning of art.
