Regarding competition in the Gulf, she describes it as fundamentally healthy, though sometimes tense, especially in Kuwait’s drama scene. Rawan believes collaboration and awareness behind the scenes are key, stressing that competition should motivate rather than drain, and that communication and transparency sustain the team’s energy and create outstanding performances.
