Ruby O. Fee, geboren in San José, Costa Rica, wuchs in Brasilien, Indien und Indonesien auf, bevor sie mit elf Jahren nach Berlin zog. Ihren Schauspielstart hatte sie im Arthouse-Film Womb mit Eva Green, gefolgt von Produktionen wie „Tatort“ und dem Kinohit „Bibi & Tina“, der ihr große Bekanntheit brachte. Internationale Aufmerksamkeit erlangte sie mit den Netflix-Filmen „Polar“ und „Army of Thieves“, die weltweit Platz 1 im IMDb Starmeter erreichten. 2025 feierte ihr Film Brick Premiere und zählte zu den erfolgreichsten nicht-englischsprachigen Netflix-Filmen. Neben ihrer Schauspielkarriere arbeitet Ruby mit Luxusmarken, führt ihre Produktionsfirma Cheetah Chiquita, entwickelt eigene Regieprojekte und moderiert die Webshow Femaliens. Demnächst ist sie im Kinofilm „Das Leben der Wünsche“ zu sehen, der bald Premiere feiert.
