2. Tell your kids you have office hours. That’s right. You’re not on this earth JUST to serve them. What about YOU!
3. Let the dishes sit! Take the pressure off and color your day however you want. You don’t have to do the dishes just bc they’re there! They’ll be there in the morning too. Give yourself permission to let it be.
