लखनऊ Mera nanihaal. 🫶🏼 The city where I was born. Where my mother was born, raised, educated, married—and where life quietly began for both of us. Even after moving to Bombay, Lucknow was always apna sa. Summer vacations at Nana–Nani’s house, stories tucked into old rooms, and a city that shaped me in ways I’m still discovering. People still ask how I’m Bengali if I was born in Lucknow—and honestly, I’ve never had a neat answer. Maybe because home isn’t just one thing. After four long years, I returned—not just to visit, but to remember. Walking past my old school (Loreto Convent), revisiting old homes and ancestral spaces, wandering through monuments (Rumi Darwaza, Bara Imambara, La Martiniere) that have watched generations come and go. The journey also took me to Ayodhya, where the Ram Mandir stands—stunning in its architecture, powerful in its presence, and deeply moving. This trip tasted like home. Shukla ki chaat. Chikankari shopping, food trail in chowk ki galiyaan—flavours soaked in yaadein. Friends’ mothers feeding us with pure mohabbat. I may not have Nana–Nani anymore. I may not have a house here that I can call my own. But I’ve always had Aarti’s home—and Rashmi Aunty and Pradeep Uncle’s kindness and generosity. A childhood friendship that quietly turned into family. Lucknow reminded me of something simple and true- Home isn’t always a place you inherit. Sometimes, it’s a place you’re held.♥️ Deepest gratitude—for the people, the food, the memories, and the city that will always be a part of me. 💜✨ #LucknowDiaries #lucknowcity

#2016 thanks to this trend i have re lived all these moments. So so grateful for all the experiences. So many firsts happened in 2016. 1- My first sky dive in Switzerland. 2- Those collar bones & side bangs. 3- Bubbles 🐶 came into our lives. 🥹 4- My first time at a Derby 🐎 5 & 6- My first ever travel show as a host. Dubai Diaries with NDTV Goodtimes. 7- My first English play “The Relationship Agreement” 🎭 8- My 2nd travel show Swiss made Adventures as a host with NDTV Goodtimes. I covered the adventures sports in Switzerland. It was the best ever! 9- Started off with trying to wakeboard but after several failed attempts i did tubing. The forearms died nonetheless. N i managed to stay on the tube & not get thrown off despite the speed. 10- My first experience with snow ever. I was beyond ecstatic. I tried to ski too. ⛄️ ❄️ 🎿 P.s am yet to experience a proper snowfall. 11- At a swiss vineyard 🍷 🍇 I actually rode an electric bicycle for the first time, a decade ago that too! P.s Back then i didn’t know that at wine tastings you had to spit the wine after u taste it 🤦🏻♀️. Guess who got high from grapes 😂 12- My first paragliding. It was insane. My instructor Allen did some crazy stunts in the air after realising i was an adrenaline junkie. Now that i saw the whole footage (to get this snippet ) i also realised he was flirting with me. 😂🤦🏻♀️ 13- My 2nd & the last bungee of my life. But one of the most stunning locations ever. Small town called Engelberg in Switzerland. I jumped off a cable car; 140 m. This is when i also tore my labrum 😭😭 14- Danced at a friend’s sangeet. A full on choreographed number for the first time. We rehearsed for days. But i remember all of us getting cold feet, so we all had a tequila shots to get through with it. 💃🏻 What a year 2016 was… i guess not all trends are useless. 💫✨

Then & Now 💫 35 years of friendship. From childhood giggles to grown-up dreams.
